Coastal Premier Properties Welcomes Sarah Dambacher!

Coastal Premier Properties is pleased to welcome Sarah Dambacher! Sarah will be working out of our Carmel Valley office.

Sarah is originally from Northern California. She fell in love with San Diego while visiting her brother while he was serving in the Marines. She knew right away San Diego would be her forever home.

Sarah started her career in residential real estate because she wanted to make lifelong connections with fellow San Diegans and she wanted to be apart of helping people create their perfect idea of home.

She understands that the home buying and selling process can be stressful and overwhelming. She will use calm and straight forward demiour to communicate her clients needs.

To provide her clients with excellent service, she will use her skills learned from her Bachelors Degree in Communication from San Diego State University.

When she’s not working with clients you can find her at the dog beach with her two lively French Bulldogs. After her Dog Mom duties she enjoys challenging herself with a new recipe, diy home renovation project.

Coastal Premier Properties Welcomes Judy Rowles!

Coastal Premier Properties is pleased to welcome Judy Rowles! Judy will be working out of our Carmel Valley office.

Bio:

Judy has a lifetime of experience in the areas of real estate law, design and investment.  Her unique background allows her to provide her clients with skillful and personalized representation.

Judy was raised in San Diego and has lived in North County for over 25 years. She received her B.A. from U.C. San Diego and her J.D. from U.C. Berkeley Law School. She practiced law for over a decade with a focus on real estate transactions and title issues.

Judy then pursued her creative side, attending the Design Institute of San Diego where she studied residential interior design. During her time as an interior designer, Judy worked with Daniel Greer. Daniel convinced her to take the next step in her real estate journey: helping people with one of the most significant investments of their lives-the buying and selling of property.

Judy is very involved in the San Diego community and has served on boards of numerous non-profits. These organizations include Rady Children’s Hospital Auxiliary, National Charity League, Torrey Pines High School Foundation and USC Trojan League Associates of San Diego. She also donates her time and other resources to Voices for Children and Rancho Santa Fe Women’s Association.

Through her extensive and varied business and civic involvements, Judy has gained a thorough understanding of San Diego real estate. She has honed her skills in the areas of advocacy, sales and marketing. She brings the same care and dedication evident in longstanding community service to the representation of her real estate clients.

Bio:

I have been involved in the real estate business since my college days working as a property manager for a large investment group. My interest in real estate continued to grow through the process of buying, building and selling several homes; as well as being an investor in single and multi family homes. I believe these experiences help me understand my clients needs and enable me to assist them in achieving their goals.

I am married to my best friend and the proud mother of two adult daughters. I am passionate about traveling and experiencing new places and cultures. In my free time I love taking indoor cycling classes, playing tennis, and enjoying our beautiful beaches with my family.

I strive to greet every day with a positive attitude and energy. And my goal is to provide a level of customer service to my clients that exceeds their expectations every time.

Bio:

Bruce Orona attended UCSD and graduated in Economics/Marketing. He has been in the real estate field for over 35 years as a broker, lender, and property manager. He has sold residential and commercial properties all over California and will be licensed in Nevada and Arizona soon.

He is first in customer service always taking care of all his clients with excellent service and care for their real estate needs. He also has a strong background in real estate development and renovation being an ex general contractor. He knows all aspects of what needs are necessary for a good property to buy and sell. He lives in La Jolla/UTC area now and lived in Del Mar for 15 years.

Lexi Gustin is 28 years old and a resident in La Costa. She has a health and fitness background and is licensed in esthetics. Lexi’s nationality is Lebanese/Italian and some of her hobbies outside of work include singing and opera. She is a loving mother of one. Lexi actively involves herself in a number of charities for animal rescues and adopting from shelters.

Bio:

Born and raised in San Diego County, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge about local neighborhoods and schools.  After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, he served for over two decades as a public works executive with expertise in Construction and Land Development. With his technical background, Troy has unique insight and perspective on real estate and home construction.

Having spent the past 15 years raising a family in coastal north county, Troy has a great appreciation for the unparalleled quality of life we enjoy here in southern California.
