Born and raised in San Diego County, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge about local neighborhoods and schools.  After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, he served for over two decades as a public works executive with expertise in Construction and Land Development. With his technical background, Troy has unique insight and perspective on real estate and home construction.

Having spent the past 15 years raising a family in coastal north county, Troy has a great appreciation for the unparalleled quality of life we enjoy here in southern California. He enjoys sharing information about different neighborhoods and our endless local opportunities: from beach time and hiking to restaurants and sporting events.

Erika graduated from California State University San Marcos with a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry. She worked 16 years in the chemical / chemistry informatics field specializing in business development, purchasing, start- up logistics and lab management. Her background in customer services and knowledge of logistics combined with her attention to detail allows her to ensure successful and efficient transaction every time. Erika has a true desire for guiding and providing her clients with the best service to continue a relationship for their long-term real estate investments.
Erika is a Southern California resident of over 45 years and currently lives with her husband, two children and three dogs in San Marcos. Shahpar (Shapar) Ostovar lived several years in Italy, while raising her two young boys and working for ‘Food & Agriculture of the United Nations (F.A.O.)’. Shahpar speaks five languages and her friends call her “The Internationally Spirited”.
