Lexi Gustin is 28 years old and a resident in La Costa. She has a health and fitness background and is licensed in esthetics. Lexi’s nationality is Lebanese/Italian and some of her hobbies outside of work include singing and opera. She is a loving mother of one. Lexi actively involves herself in a number of charities for animal rescues and adopting from shelters.

Born and raised in San Diego County, Troy brings a wealth of knowledge about local neighborhoods and schools.  After earning a degree in Civil Engineering from San Diego State University, he served for over two decades as a public works executive with expertise in Construction and Land Development. With his technical background, Troy has unique insight and perspective on real estate and home construction.

Having spent the past 15 years raising a family in coastal north county, Troy has a great appreciation for the unparalleled quality of life we enjoy here in southern California. He enjoys sharing information about different neighborhoods and our endless local opportunities: from beach time and hiking to restaurants and sporting events.
