Robin Repola is a San Diego native who grew up in the Carmel Valley and Cardiff by the Sea areas of North County San Diego. After graduating from Santa Fe Christian High School in Solana Beach, she continued her education at TCU in Texas, where she graduated with her B.A.  Life took her to Colorado after graduation, where she began her career as a Realtor®. Robin has made it her priority as a full-time real estate agent to provide a level of service to her clients that they will never forget. She is a member of the North San Diego County Association of Realtors and holds herself to a high standard. Robin brings her real estate experience back home to San Diego where she has a strong community connection and great knowledge of the various neighborhoods. December San Diego real estate market in review: As of December 2018, the median detached home in San Diego County sold for $645,000 up 5.7% from the previous year.

T&D Median Sales Price

As of  December 2018, the median attached home (including condos, townhomes, and twinhomes in San Diego County sold for $420,000, up 5.0% from last year.

T&T Median SP

The average detached home in San Diego spent 33 days on the market.

Condos, twinhomes, and townhomes in San Diego spent an average of 28 days on the market.

I’ve had the privilege of moving around and meeting new people from a young age.  I’ve lived all over the southern and northwestern states.  I finally married the love of my life and settled in beautiful San Diego, my most favorite place on Earth.  I have lived in San Diego for over 15 years and call this breathtaking place, home.

My husband and I instilled in our daughters an appreciation of family, community and nature.  We’ve also taught them that they can achieve any goal through hard work & determination. I want my daughters to be strong and know the importance of compassion.  Together my husband & I provide a quality family life.  This love & guidance has shaped my believe structure to set goals, work hard, be fair, honest, give back to the community, and live life to the fullest.
