Recipe: Cheesy Brat Casserole


What You Need:

  • fully cooked Polish sausage or bratwurst, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • medium potatoes, cooked, peeled, and cubed (1 1/4 pounds)
  • 16 – ounce package frozen cut green beans, thawed and drained
  • 10 3/4 – ounce can cream of mushroom soup
  • cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion

How To:

  1. In a 3-quart casserole, stir together the sausage, potatoes, green beans, soup, cheddar cheese and onion.
  2. Bake, covered, in a 350 degrees oven for about 45 minutes or until heated through.
