Coastal Premier Properties Welcomes Tracy Sheppard

Coastal Premier Properties is thrilled to welcome Tracy Sheppard! Tracy will be working out of our Carmel Valley office.

About Tracy:

Tracy’s passion for real estate began when she bought and sold homes even before she was a realtor.  She loved the process of buying and selling so much that she decided to become a real estate professional.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree from Concordia University Irvine, and loves educating buyers and sellers on the process of purchasing or selling their home.

She prides herself in having extensive knowledge of the North County San Diego area, after living here for 25 years. She is dedicated to providing her buyers all the information they need to navigate the purchasing process. She works with first time buyers as well as seasoned buyers and will walk each client through the purchasing process and treat each client as if they are her only client.

She has successfully sold many homes here in San Diego, and will provide each listing with specialized service to make sure their home gets the maximum exposure which will ultimately bring the highest sale price. She works with clients to price their homes to effectively sell them for the highest price possible. She prides herself in communicating with her clients through the sale process so that each seller is constantly aware of the activity going on during the listing/escrow process.

Tracy has spent her career as a realtor perfecting her negotiation skills and will fight hard on your behalf to get you the results you desire in your transaction. She will provide honesty, integrity and loyalty to each client and will work hard to earn her clients’ referral. Tracy treats every home she sells as if it were her own home.
