Recipe: Pork Tenderloin



What You Need:


1 pork tenderloin


Garlic Powder

2 medium onions, sliced

1 c. chicken stock

¾ can tomato paste




  1. Rub a generous amount of salt and garlic powder over the tenderloin.
  2. On medium high heat, sear all sides in olive oil.
  3. Remove from pan and set aside.
  4. Lower the heat and cook sliced onions for a few minutes.
  5. Add chicken stock and tomato paste and stir until combined.
  6. Put pork back in.
  7. Cook on stove for 45 mins to one hour.
