Recipe: Amy’s Best Salad

 

What You Need:

 

1 heaping tsp. Dijon mustard

1 mashed garlic clove

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

¼ c. wine vinegar

¼ c. olive oil

½ c. vegetable oil

Crumbled blue cheese

Salad greens

 

Directions:

 

  1. Mix mustard and garlic in a small bowl.
  2. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Stir in wine vinegar and whisk in the olive oil and vegetable oil.
  4. Pour over salad greens and add as much crumbled blue cheese as desired.
