Recipe: Chocolate Mousse



What You Need:

1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips

2 tbsp Kahlua

1 tbsp. orange juice

2 eggs

2 egg yolks

1 tbsp. vanilla

¼ c. sugar

1 c. whipped topping




  1. Melt chocolate chips with Kahlua in top of a double boiler over medium heat.
  2. Combine orange juice, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and sugar in blender.
  3. Add chocolate mixture and blend thoroughly.
  4. Add cream and mix again.
  5. Divide mousse among dessert dishes.
  6. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
