What You Need:
1 cup of semisweet chocolate chips
2 tbsp Kahlua
1 tbsp. orange juice
2 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vanilla
¼ c. sugar
1 c. whipped topping
- Melt chocolate chips with Kahlua in top of a double boiler over medium heat.
- Combine orange juice, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and sugar in blender.
- Add chocolate mixture and blend thoroughly.
- Add cream and mix again.
- Divide mousse among dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
