A Valentine’s Day Treat: Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Chocolate Chip Bundt Cake

Ingredients:

1 package Devil’s Food Cake mix

1 package (4 ¼ oz.) Royal Instant Chocolate Pudding

1 small package chocolate chips

4 eggs

½ c. water

½ tsp. vanilla

½ c. oil

½ pint (8 oz.) sour cream

Powdered sugar (optional)

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all, but chocolate chips in a mixer for about fifteen minutes.
  2. Add chocolate chips at the end
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for forty-five minutes in a greased and floured bundy cake pan
  4. After cake cools, sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
